From bicycle racer to working long hours in the tech world, I had my share of successes and failures before I finally discovered the power of psychotherapy. Several outstanding therapists showed me that it was possible to pursue my dreams without suffering through all the stress.

In my practice I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment that teaches you skills you can use in the real world.
